“How about sleep?  Or rather how about not being able to sleep?  What do you do when you wake in the night and can’t go back to sleep?  I’ve heard quite a lot of stories about this – reading a book, sudoku, crosswords, solitaire, camomile tea, imagining yourself walking through your childhood home, room by room.  One person I know, imagines himself running the 1500 metres, round and round, lap by lap!”
